YUNXIAO BRUSH was established in 2013, located in Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province, China. At present, the main products are paint brush, roller brush, paint tools. We export to Europe, America and more than 36 countries. The roller brush workshop introduced auto frame bending machines from Germany, handle and frame combine machines, injection machines for plastic parts and paint trays, Automatic roller cover making machines, cut, comb, chamfer all-in-one machine, which has Stable quality and efficient yield. We also have several packing lines for paint sets. A production workshop for drop sheet, efficiently cooperate with production of paint tool set. With an annual production capacity of 28 million, the company has strong technical force and advanced production lines, and continues to provide customers and life applications with more varieties and higher quality brushes. Paint brush workshop introduced automatic numerical control ferrule making machines, bristle & Chemical filament mixing machines, and automatic bristle assemble machines, to ensure uniform weight and neat length-out, lengthened functional bristle-combing machines. And we have a three-dimensional warehouse to store materials and finished products. There are many testing equipment in the laboratory. Each workshop has an independent QC team to escort.
